Yellow Juice Boost

Today, I felt tired & I needed a bit of a boost. I resisted the temptation to grab a spoon and dive head first into the Nutella jar! Instead I made this delicious smoothie . . .

Coconut water is packed full of goodness, it’s great for rehydrating after exercise. (Also a good hangover cure) I added a little bit of coconut cream too.
Yellow Juice Boost
Ingredients

Coconut Water
Mango
Pineapple
Lime Juice
Mint
Coconut Cream (optional)

This smoothie is quite sweet, just what I needed to wake me up, after a late 10k last night with the midnight runners. Sunshine in a glass on a grey day, enjoy!
