Today I had a delicious lunch with my friend & wonderful cook Sylvia. She made us a vegetable Wok Soup. It’s really simple and quick to make so I thought I’d share the recipe here on the blog.
It only took 15 minutes to make this dish, ideal if you want to make a quick nutritious meal. Ingredients
Vegetable Stock Method
Dice the vegetables and fry them in a large wok for a few minutes.
Add the carrots and the broccoli first as they need a slightly longer to cook.
Next add 500ml of boiling vegetable stock.
Lastly add the rice noodles.
Simmer a medium heat for 2-3 minutes
Serve and enjoy!!
