5 Minute Ab Workout



5   M I N U T E    A B    W O R K O U T

Here is my 5 minute workout to target your abs.




  • Try to keep your ankles and knees together
  • Remember to take long, deep breaths
  • Try to relax your neck muscles
  • Alternate between one minute of exercise/one minute rest
